What is Primary Market?
The Primary Market is that which effect new securities on an exchange. Companies, governments and other assemble get financing by debt or equity based securities. Primary markets are facilitated by underwriting groups, which comprise of investment banks that will set a set out price range for a given security and then oversee its sale immediately to investors. The procedure of selling new issues to capitalist is called underwriting.
