What is Low Back Pain?
Low back pain also Famous as lumbago. The Low Back Pain is a common musculoskeletal disturb affecting 80% of people at some point in their lives. Low back pain accounts for more sick leave and disability than any other medical condition. Although exercise may not relieve existing back pain, Low back pain is the first step to prevent lower back pain and injury. Low back pain is common and there are various steps one can take towards prevention.
Exercise assist keep ones back healthy and strong. Exercise routines such as aerobic specify, back stretching, back strengthening, and low impact activities (swimming, walking, and bicycling) all can help prevent lower back pain and the give of it. Over a life time 80% of people have lower back pain with 26% of American adults reporting pain of at least one day in duration every three months.
