What is Giant Amphibians?
The largest living amphibian, the Chinese Giant Salamander, is significantly larger, and can range up to 1.83 m (6 ft). However, this is very atypical for modern amphibians. The giant salamander lives in mountain movement and lakes and can grow up to 6 feet long. Giant Amphibians has four digits on its front legs and five digits on its back legs and is covered with a slimy protective mucous.

Giant amphibians have been called “killer newts” because of their superficial resemblance to modern newts. In addition, the giant salamander is look at a delicacy and is also utilize in traditional Chinese medicine.

This giant amphibian depict a large degree of convergence with the crocodile, which it superficially correspond. The most common body plan for these animals was like a very large lizard with sprawling legs and an oversized head and jaws. Some had long, slender bodies and others had short, stout bodies.
