SSC certificate Spelling mistake

Hello Sir,

I have completed my 10th in the year 2002. Unfortunately my name is misspelled on the SSC certificate. Kindly help me by providing the details to meet all the formalities required by SSC Board to get my name corrected.

I have the correct name on my Passport, Intermeidate and B.Tech certificates. Please also let me know if I can make use of my Passport to get my name corrected on my SSC Certificate.
