Cleaning Glass
Cleaning Glass
Self-cleaning glass is a particular kind of glass with a surface which maintains itself free of filth and dirt through photocatalytic decomposition. The first self-cleaning glass was founded on a dilute film titanium dioxide coating.
The glass cleans itself in two phases. The “photocatalytic” phase of the procedure bursts down the organic dirt on the glass expending ultraviolet light and creates the glass hydrophilic throughout the following “hydrophilic” phase rain washes away the filth, getting out almost no streaks, because hydrophilic glass extends the water evenly over its surface.
