Freecycle started as a foundation motion that is now used by people all over the world. Freecycle is both an idea and a network. Though the idea of freecyling is much older, the network started in 2003 in metropolis, Arizona with only a elite dozen people. The idea behind freecycling is determining new usage for old things instead of casting them out. Sometimes household things and appliances are substituted even though there’s enough of usage left in them.
