Champagne grapes are the name given to a kind of grape, the Corinth. Champagne grapes are commonly small black grapes without sources. The name “Champagne Grapes” actually comes from a photo charge done for the grapes in a magazine, in which the grapes were alongside a flute of Champagne. Champagne grapes have an incredibly sweet taste, and are bursting with flavor. The grapes will not gain much more sweetness after being picked, so they should be eaten as soon as possible.
The grapes of Champagne are primarily black. About two-thirds of the vineyards grow black grapes.
