This is really good advice to anyone suffering from workplace stress. But if you don’t want to go to HR or your line manager, then consider finding a stress management workshop locally. Another good way of dealing with stress is what is called Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and there are loads of workshops around these days – usually evening classes of around 8 weeks – and it can really help with the stressful thoughts.
