Wash my Hands

How often should I wash my hand?
In order to exert good hygiene and avoid carrying disease, it is important to wash your hands on a regular basis. It is also important to wash your hands before activities during which the probability from hand-borne bacteria is increased, considering eating or cooking food, tending to an ill or injured person, and removing or introducing contact lenses. Hand washing is one of the most effective ways to keep the transmission of disease. For this reason, it is most important during flu and cold season, and you may wish to wash your hands more than usual during such times.

This is particularly true throughout the winter, when flu and cold season often coincide with appliance weather. Though you must use soap every time you wash your hands, be aware that antibacterial soap may not offer any benefits over regular soap, as many beings are resistant to the antibiotics used in such soaps. Hand sanitizers are also convenient, as they can be used when soap and water are not available and they do not require rinsing.
