Boswellia Side Effects

What Are the Most Common Boswellia Side Effects?
Boswellia, also known as Boswellia serrata, is a tree rather common in India, especially in the states of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Although boswellia side effects are rare, some people will suffer unfavorable reactions to this herbal medication. When taken as conducted, most people will suffer no ill effects at all. More difficult risks such as allergic response or cross-response with drugs or other supplements are possible as well.

Advocates propose that boswellia can be used as a provocative treatment, recommending it as a discussion for arthritis, but as with all supplements, boswellia is not exchanged as a medication, and no health benefits have been proven clinically. Boswellia increases the risk of birth defects and can trigger spontaneous abortion. Boswellia is not recommended for people with impaired immunity. Similarly, people who are generally frail are discouraged from using the supplement.
