Kuvempu University is one of the most youthful affiliating Universities in Karnataka. Demonstrated in 1987, The University has 133 affiliated colleges under its territory spread over 4 districts of Shimoga, Chitradurga, Chikmagalur and Davanagere. The university offered doctorate course PhD. They provide quality education by their qualified and reputed faculty member. The main mission of the university is to Foster creativity in teaching learning and research to build a knowledge base and promote quality initiative.

Candidate should have master degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks from any recognized university or equivalent.

Admission process

Admission for PhD course is based on entrance test candidate has to score in that test. Candidate has to fill out an application form that is available at the college campus and submit that before the last date of submission with demand draft.     I have done my PGDBA(EQUIVALENT TO MBA) in autonomous institute at BANGALORE.am I eligible for PHD in MANAGEMENT, and also teaching for MBA’s (VTU) in Bangalore since one year. Kindly reply.

    I am working as a lecturer in Instrumentation dept. in Privite Engineering college in Bangalore Since 3 yrs. I am interested in pursuing phd in Electronics field. I kindly request you to Inform me about How best it will hold value for me after pursuing PHD in kuvempu univ. How is it different from pursuing PhD in VTU?…
