The Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) is at the center of England’s education system. QCDA develop the curriculum, improve and deliver assessments, and review and reform qualifications. QCDA want to make sure everyone can get the knowledge, skills and qualifications they need for life in the 21st century. About Diploma QCDA
A Diploma programme balances field-linked learning with life ability and project work, as well as covering functional ability in mathematics, English and ICT. Students follow a coherent programme of study, while having the flexibility to engage their personal goals. QCDA are working with the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF), schools, awarding bodies and others to constantly grow and deliver the Diploma. Whether you’re a teacher, curriculum planner, assessor, or from an exams office, you’ll find this section helpful. QCDA have put together a range of guidance on planning and delivery.
