Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) is a Public Sector Organisation that provides services in Financial Services with Annual Total Turnover of 10-100 Crs and with Employee Strength of 101-250. CDSL was establish with the aim of furnishing convenient, dependable and secure depository services at affordable cost to all market participants. CDSL provides an efficient and instantaneous transfer of certificates. CDSL offers an efficient and instantaneous transfer of securities. CDSL was promoted by Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) in association with Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, and State Bank of India and HDFC Bank. Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) provides depository services to investors. According to SEBI guidelines, custodians, financial institutions, banks, stockbrokers, etc. are eligible to act as DPs. CDSL conducts regular audit of its DPs to ensure compliance of operational and regulatory requirements.

1. Name of Post: Shift Engineers
Location: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Engineer from reputed institute.
Age limit: Upto 30 year

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience. Candidates must have having knowledge of UNIX (HP-UX preferred) and working experience on Backup Software (Data Protector), Routine Console Operation work. Readiness to work in shifts.

2. Name of Post: System Administrators
Location: Hyderabad

Educational Qualification:
Graduate Engineer from reputed institute.
Age limit: Upto 30 years

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience.
Candidates must have knowledge of UNIX (HP-UX preferred), HP Open view Software and HP Certification. Working experience on Backup Technology, System Administration and Trouble shooting, on Integrity Servers HP-UX 11i V3. Readiness to work in shifts

3. Name of Post: Audit Officers
Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate from reputed institute/Inter CA/Inter CS/MBA.
Age limit: Upto 35 years

Work Experience:
Candidates must have 2 years in Audit & Inspection of depository operations preferred.

4. Name of Post: Console Room Operator
Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Engineer from reputed institutes
Age limit: Upto 30 years

Work Experience:
Candidates must have 2/3 years working experience on Backup Software (Data Protector), Routine Console Operation work console operation, should have knowledge of UNIX (HP-UX preferred), readiness to work in shifts.
