ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test IBSAT Exam
Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, Dehradun conducts an aptitude test – ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test (IBSAT) – every year for the admission in several postgraduate programs in the field of management. The ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test will be held on December 2011 at around 173 test centres all over India. IBSAT (ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test): IBSAT is based on GMAT format with multiple select questions and tests the applicant’s abilities in quantitative techniques, vocabulary, writing skills, data adequacy, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension. The ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test is conducted for the following courses: Executive PG (Executive Post Graduate Program – One Year), MBA, PGDBA/PGDBM. Ph.D.
IBSAT Eligibility
Candidates should have bachelor’s degree from any discipline, with 50% and above as calculated by respective University. Students in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises of IBSAT and interviews.
Online Registration
Applicants registering online should attach their scanned color photograph along with the online application. Applicants interested in registering for the IBSAT 2011 can fill up the online Registration Form available at www.icfai.org/ibsat and make payment of prescribed fees towards cost of IBSAT 2011 bulletin and application processing fee, using credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Citibank Card) through secure internet payment gateway.
Admit Card for IBSAT online:
All applicants who have submitted their filled in Application Form for IBSAT 2011 are eligible to download Online Admit Cards. Students can download their Admit Cards from www.icfai.org/ibsat, using the application number and date of birth as user name and password respectively from second week of October, 2011 onwards.
Important Dates for IBSAT 2011(Tentative):
Last date for receipt of completed OMR Application Form is: Second week of December, 2011
Online Admit Cards: From Third week of November 2011 onwards at website
IBSAT Date: Last week of December, 2011
Application Form
Applicants can apply by mailing the application forms obtained on campus along with relevant documents. Applicants can download the Application Form complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the demand draft of prescribed fees towards the cost (DD in favor of “IUCF A/c IBSAT” payable at Hyderabad).
