Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy AYUSH Exam
Department of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy (ISM&H) was made in March,1995 and re-named as Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) in November, 2003 with a view to providing focused attention to development of Education & Research in Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy systems. The Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy is inviting application for upcoming session 2011-2012 for offering various courses, the admission will be given through the entrance exam which will be conducting in 2011.
Eligibility:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with atleast 50% aggregate marks in PCB. Those who are taking for class 12th exams in 2011 may also apply. Also a candidate should have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December, 2010.
Application form:
The application form will be available directly from the National Institute of Ayurveda and designated branches of Bank of Rajasthan. Candidates may also get the form by sending a request letter for the form along with a DD. There is also an alternative for applying online by the website www.nia.nic.in
How to apply for Ayush Exam
The wishful candidate may also apply online and sent some along with recent passport size photograph attached on the right hand corner of the application and attested copies certificate and a DD in favour of the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy.
Selection Procedure
Selection of the candidate will be based on the personal interview and written test of candidate. The candidate selection is also based on the rules and regulation of the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy
