Pharmacopoeial Laboratory for Indian Medicine PLIM Recruitment

The Pharmacopoeial Laboratory for Indian Medicine (PLIM) was founded in the year 1970 as Standard Setting-cum-Drug-Testing Laboratory for Indian Medicine (Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha System) at the National level. The laboratory is also the identified appellate lab for drug testing and quality control. The worked out standards, in the form of monographs are published in Ayurvedic, Unani and Siddha Pharmacopoeia of India. Pharmacopoeial Laboratory for Indian Medicine (PLIM) is a subordinate office of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. This Laboratory also attends the inquiries from several sectors and individuals in respect of Standardization, Testing/Analysis of ISM Drugs and also about Medicinal Plants. Pharmacopoeial Laboratory for Indian Medicine invites application for the following post in 2010. In 2011 PLIM may open the vacancies for following posts.

Name of the Post: Accountant Cum Cashier-Post-1
Age limit: maximum 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have any Graduate Degree from accredited University with Accountancy or Book Keeping as one of the subjects or equivalent.
Work Experience: 2 years experience in handling cash & accounts in Govt. offices or banks or public sector.

Name of the Post: Research Associate ( 01 Post)
Age limit: 20-25 years
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should Master Degree in Botany or in Pharmacy from recognized university

Documentation (Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha)
