Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition Bangalore founded by Govt. of India, Ministry of Tourism is constituted in 1537. Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN) is authorized by A.I.C.T.E., Govt of India associated to U.P. Technical University. IHMCTAN is conducted on All-India Joint Entrance Examination for admission to PG and UG program for the academic session 2011.The Institute is in the process of planning a special facility for this programme in collaboration with leaders in management education from India and abroad. The announcement for admission to the programme is advertised in all the leading newspapers of the country, or can be obtained in Jan-Feb. at all the Institutes. Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition Bangalore is invites applications for following courses by All-India Joint Entrance Examination for the academic year 2011.

Courses offered:
M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration
B.Sc (Hotel Management)
Course Duration: 2 year full time course

Eligibility for Admission:-
The candidate should have passed +2 stage examination of 10+2 system or equivalent examination in any academic or vocational stream with English as compulsory subject.

Selection Process:-
Selection On the basis of performance in the written Examination, the short listed candidates will be called for Interview

Admission Requirement
All applicants will be required to appear for an All-India Joint Entrance Examination (April), conducted by NCHM. Candidates short listed by the NCHM will be required to appear for an interview (May-June) at centers all over the country.
