Punjabi CET Law is an entrance examination manages or control for admission in to undergraduate courses in law. The various undergraduate law courses available through Punjabi CET Law are BA LLB, BA LLB (Hons) & LLB. The Department of Law was established in the year 1965, having LL.B. course to start with. Now the Department offers courses for the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) apart from providing facilities for research leading to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). Applications are invited for Admission Academic Session January 2011 to the following Academic Programmes of the Institute.
Courses offered:
Five Years B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)
Five Years B.A. LL.B. and
Three Years LL.B.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates, who want to take admission in BA LLB, should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved candidates). They should be under 20 year (22 for reserved category) on July 1, 2010. For LLB program, the candidate should be graduate (or in the final year) with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
Availability of the Application Form:
The candidates can collect application form from the campus office from the month of June. The applicants need to follow all the rules while filling up the application form and have to submit the form within the given date otherwise their form would not be considered.
