ECET FDH 2011 Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders
The Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts the ECET (Engineering Common Entrance Test) 2011 for admission to the Diploma Holders in several branches of Engineering namely, Civil / Electrical / Mechanical (including Automobile, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology & Foot Ware Technology) / Computer Engineering (including Special Diploma) / Electronics and Communication (including Special Diploma / Special Diploma in TV and Sound Technology) Diploma in Bio-Medical Engineering (including Special Diploma) / Mining / Chemical (including Sugar Technology / Ceramic Technology / Textile Technology / Leather Technology) / Metallurgy / Electronics and Instrumentation (including Special Diploma) / Pharmacy and B.Sc., Graduates with Mathematics

Eligibility for ECET FDH 2011:
The B.E / B.Tech for examinee should have passed engineering diploma and with at least 60% marks in diploma final year exam.

ECET FDH 2011 Application Forms:
The ECET FDH 2011 Application from and information brochure can be through Sending Demand Draft of suggested fee in favour of APSCHE, ECET-FDH on 2011 on any Nationalized Bank payable at Hyderabad. Examinees can also transfer the form by the website (www.jntu.ac.in/ecet).

Key Dates (Tentative):
Mid of February, 2011 will be Date of beginning of sale of Applications

Last week of March, 2011 will be Last date for filled in applications without late fee

Mid of April, 2011 will be Last date for filled in applications with late fee

Last week of April, 2011 will be Last Date for sale and receipt of applications with late fee of Rs.1000/-

Mid of May, 2011 will be Last Date for sale and receipt of applications with late fee of Rs.5000/- (at convener office only)

Last week of May, 2011 will be Date of Entrance Test

Please note that the dates are only tentative and are not final. The post will be updated as soon as the dates are officially released.

Admission Procedure:
The examinees have to appear ECET, Group Dissection and Personal Interview. Test will be supported 10+2 syllabus.
