Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education JBT 2011 Junior Basic Training Entrance Exam
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) 2011 for admission into its 2 Years Junior Basic Training (JBT) Course.
Eligibility Criterion for HPBOSE JBT CET 2011:
Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate or 10+2 or its equal examination with minimum 50% marks for non bachelor and 45% for bachelor as per norms approved through the Govt. vide notification. The minimum pass marks in JBT CET will be as under:
40% min pass marks for General class examinees
35% min pass marks for reserved class examinees
Age Limit:
17-28 years as on December 2011
HPBOSE Junior Basic Training Common Entrance Examination 2011 Application Forms:
Application forms 2011 will be available directly from the Board or through sending a DD along with the request for form. Examinees can also transfer the form by the HPBOSE official website (www.hpeducationboard.nic.in).
Selection Procedure:
Selection based on CET entrance exam, Group Dissection and Personal Interview.
Fee:
Suggested fee for whole categories in the form of Bank Draft only drawn in favor of Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Dharamshala, alongwith the application form.
Key Dates (Tentative):
2nd week of February, 2011 to 1st week of March, 2011 will be Date of available of Application Form
Last week of June, 2011 will be Date of Entrance Date

Question Paper:
There shall be one question paper having questions of multiple option/objective type, carrying 100 questions of one mark each to be attempted within 120 minutes. The question papers of Hindi, English and Numerical Ability shall be of 10+2 standard. The questions of General Awareness will be supported primarily on Himachal Pradesh. The subject’s along with the distribution of marks shall be as under:
