Anna University conducts Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) 2011 for admission into its MBA (4 Semesters), MCA (6 Semesters), M.Sc (4 Semesters)program.
Course Offered:
MBA (Specialization: General Management, Technology Management, Financial Services Management, Retail Management, Health Services Management and Human Resources Management
MCA (Emphasizing: Call Centre Management, E-Learning, Health Care, Trading and Equity Management, Banking Technology)
M.Sc. (Information Technology)
Eligibility for Anna University DEET – MBA / MCA / M.Sc 2011:
For MBA: A pass in any graduate’s degree (10+2+3 pattern)
For MCA: A pass in any graduate’s degree (10+2+3 pattern). The examinees should have studied Core Mathematics either at 10+2 Stage or Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer oriented disciplines as one of the disciplines at the degree Stage.
For M.Sc: A pass in B.Sc (10+2+3 pattern) (Mathematics/ Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/Electronics) or B.Sc (Physics/Statistics/ Chemistry) or B.Sc with Mathematics or Computer Science as related discipline or B.Sc applied sciences (Computer technology/ IT/Computer systems maintenance and networking) or BCA or B.E./B.Tech any branch.
Key Dates (Tentative):
Last week of July, 2011 will be Date of entrance test
Mid of June, 2011 will be Last Date for receipt of requisition for issue of application forms by post
1st week of July, 2011 will be Last Date for receipt of completed applications

Application forms 2011 will be available directly from the University or through sending a DD along with the request for form. Examinees can also transfer the form by the Anna University official website (www.annauniv.edu/cde/).

Selection based on DEET entrance exam, Group Dissection and Personal Interview.
