Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) conducts Commonwealth Executive Management Admission Test (CEMAT) 2011 entrance test for admission to the Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) and Commonwealth Executive Master of Public Administration (CEMPA) programmes. The CEMBA/ CEMPA programs was planned, grew and implemented as a result of collaboration between the 4 South Asian open universities i.e IGNOU (India), Bangladesh Open University (BOU Bangladesh), Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL Sri Lanka), and Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU Pakistan) and writers from universities in Commonwealth nations such as Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

Eligibility for Commonwealth Executive Management Admission Test 2011:
UG degree with good scores (certain professional qualifications are considered as equal to a bachelor’s degree), min 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience and residency in any of the Commonwealth nations where the management program is offered. Moreover, good working knowledge of the English language is also needed. Last but not the least; acceptable score on the CEMAT admission test is mandatory.

Selection based on CEMAT Test, Group Dissection and Personal Interview.

Test Marks Time
General Awareness 30 30 minutes
English Language 50 50 minutes
Quantitative Aptitude 50 50 minutes
Reasoning 70 70 minutes
