GUJCET 2011 Gujarat Common Entrance Test GCET
Gujarat Education Board conducts Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET or GCET) 2011 entrance test for admission to degree engineering, diploma/degree pharmacy as well as medical course.

Courses Offered:
B.Tech – Bachelor of Technology
B.Pharm – Bachelor of Pharmacy
B.E – Bachelor of Engineering
BDS – Bachelor of Dental Surgery
MBBS – Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery

Eligibility for Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2011:
The examinees should have passed XII or equal examination. Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply. Also the examinees require to have studied their XII from a Gujarat school. There is relaxation for employees/officers of Gujarat Govt in other states.

GUJCET 2011 Application Forms:
Application forms 2011 will be available directly from the GUJCET or through sending a DD along with the request for form. Examinees can also transfer the form by the GUJCET official website.

Selection Procedure:
Selection based on CET Entrance Exam, Group Dissection and Personal Interview.

Key Dates (Tentative):
Last date of submission of application form: Mid of January, 2011

Date of Entrance Examination: 2nd week of April, 2011

Please note that the dates are only tentative and are not final. The post will be updated as soon as the dates are officially released.

GCET 2011 Pattern of Examination:
The entrance test will consist of Four papers:

Physics: 40 questions-1 hour
Chemistry: 40 questions-1 hour
Mathematics: 40 questions-1 hour
Biology: 40 questions-1 hour

    I have passed 12th exam through MP State Board, recently my father transfered from Jabalpur to Ahmedabad. My father service in a Limited Company Metro Tyres Limited. Can I eligible to give gejcet 2011 exam for Engg.
