IAF Permanent Commission Engineering Officers 2011 Exam
IAF Permanent Commission engineering a colloquial expression for invitation all the applicants of engineering department to join Technical branch of Permanent Commission Officers. Applications are invited from Electronics/Mechanical Engineering students of Pre- final and final year to join Technical Branch as Permanent Commission Officers under University Entry Scheme for the course of 74 weeks commending in January. The IAF has the provision of inducting various engineering applicants in the area Electronics and Mechanical department.
Eligibility:
Candidate must be medically and physically fit to be eligible for this Entrance test.
Candidate must be between 18- 28 years of age.
Candidate below 25 years of age must be unmarried.
Candidate must have completed any of these degree courses with at least 55% aggregate from any of the reputed Institute.
Engineering Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electrical Communication/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation/ Computer Science and Engineering
B.Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics
M.Sc. Physics with Electronics
M.Sc. Electronics
B.Sc. (PCM)
How to apply:
The candidate requires availing the application form of the examination in order to be eligible for this examination. The application form is to be availed from the place where it is available. The application form is to be filled completely with all the necessary information. The completely filled application form is then required to be sent to the mentioned address for the further processing.
Admission Procedure:
All the entitled examinees will have to appear in Letter Screening Test called Engineering Knowledge Test which will be conducted through Air force Department.
The examinees will be short-listed on the ground of the merit obtained in the Screening test. The short-listed examinees will then have to come out for Group Discussion and Interview. Final choice list will be declared on the basis of the corporate performance of the examinee in all the above faculties.
