BHU MBBS Entrance – 2010 MAINS
Banaras Hindu University is a Central university. The BHU is Located in Varanasi, India. Banaras Hindu University conducts national level Undergraduate (UET) and Postgraduate (PET) entrance tests ordinarily during May-June for admission to several courses.

Eligibility
Passed Intermediate, 10+2 or equal examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together;
Eligibility for MBBS/BDS/BAMS –
The candidate should have passed of 50% for General, OBC and respective PC students and 40% aggregate marks for SC/ST and respective PC students;
Eligibility for B.Pharm. –
The candidate should have passed minimum of 60% marks for General, OBC and respective PC students and 55% aggregate marks for SC/ST and respective PC students. Students appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.
How to Apply
From the Office of the Director (PMT-Cell), Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221 005 by sending a written request through Registered Post along with Crossed Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque (MICR only) of Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 800/- for SC/ST students) of a Nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of “The Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU” payable at Varanasi.
Application form will be sent by Speed Registered Post. However, Institute will not be creditworthy for any failure or postal slow.

Sale of application forms from Bank of Baroda Branches: Monday, 01.03.2010.
Application Form can be received from Bank of Baroda, BHU Branch, S.S. Hospital only, up to Friday, 05.03.2010 till 4:00 PM.
Dates
New Delhi, as per the rules laid down for the purpose and their nomination must reach by Thursday, the 15th July 2010.
