A pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology & English with 50% marks

Age Limit:
17 to 24

Application forms are available in College of Nursing, SGPGIMS, Lucknow on suggested fees in the form of DD in favor of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow, payable at the State Bank of India, SGPGIMS branch, Lucknow. Examinees can also transfer the form by the SGPGIMS official website.
