Newton International Fellowships







Newton International Fellowships 2011
Newton International Fellowships 2011 chooses Post-Doctoral researchers from throughout the global and provide them endorses for 2 years at UK research Institutions. The scheme is launched through British Academy, The Royal Academy of Engineering, The Royal Society. Fifty fellowships are granted each year.

Eligibility for Newton International Fellowships 2011:
Examinees must have finished PhD/be in final stage so that it completes before commence of fellowship.
Examinees must be working outside UK and should not be UK national at the time of application.
Examinees must have strong research project and a UK sponsor.
Examinees must be competent in Oral and written English.

Key Dates (Tentative):
Availability of Application forms: 2nd week of December 2011

Please note that the dates are only tentative and are not final. The post will be updated as soon as the dates are officially released.

How to Apply:
Examinees have to apply online by Royal Society’s Electronic Grant Application and processing (e-GAP2) system. Examinee can do this by registering at official website.
