Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) was founded by the Government of Uttar Pradesh on 8th May 2000 vide Act No. ‘technological Education’ includes plans of education, explore and training in technology, Technology, Architecture, Town Planning, Pharmacy, Applied Arts & Crafts and such other programmes and areas that the central authorities may in consultation with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) by notification in Gazette announce.
UPTU sees to facilitate and nurture the quality of technical education and research in its own assumptions as well as all associating institutions UPTU is currently located in I.E.T. Campus at Sitapur Road in the Capital of U.P. at Lucknow but is in the process of having its own furnish building in its vicinity. Its NOIDA Centre and Regional office is approaching completion to facilitate closer academician and heavy-duty interaction around that zone where a prominent bunch of private associated colleges exists

Eligibility Criteria:
A campaigner should have cleared class 12th exams with physical science and Mathematics and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, computing or biological science.
