In the year of 1983, the Indian Society For Medical Statistics (ISMS) was founded is a society, certified under Societies certification Act XXI of 1860. ISMS are located at Dhanbad in Jharkhand state in India. It is a scientific body comprising of biostatisticians, medical teachers, researchers, demographers and scientists from other allied subjects. ISMS conducts various Recruitment Exams when it requires.
