UPSC ISSE 2012 Exam Indian Statistical Services Examination

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts Indian Economic/Statistical Services Examination to recruit Grade IV officers for the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) and Indian Economic Service (IES).

Qualification for Indian Statistical Services Examination 2012:
For Indian Economic Service: PG Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics.

For Indian Statistical Service: PG Degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematical Statistics.

Age Limit: 21-30 years as on January, 2012

Application Forms:
Application forms will be available at designated Post Offices and UPSC official website.

Please note that the dates are only tentative and are not final. The post will be updated as soon as the dates are officially released.

General English: 100 Marks
General Studies: 100 Marks
General Economics-I: 200 Marks
General Economics-II: 200 Marks
General Economics-III: 200 Marks
General Economics: 200 Marks

For Indian Statistical Service:
General English: 100 Marks
General Studies: 100 Marks
Statistics-I: 200 Marks
Statistics-II: 200 Marks
Statistics-III: 200 Marks
Statistics-IV: 200 Marks
