The Wisconsin State Journal says the summit is part of the national dropout prevention campaign established in 1997. The Wisconsin Graduation Summit will be held at the Country Springs Hotel in Pewaukee, getting in concert educators from 46 school districts to hear from presenters telling their success stories. The Wisconsin Graduation Summit, a division of the national Dropout Prevention Campaign formed by America’s Promise Alliance, supported State super Tony Evers’s schedule of ensuring that every youngster graduates ready for further education and the workforce.

The Wisconsin Graduation Summit made for in concert representatives of schools that were doing good and schools that were not doing so well so they could study from one some other. The Wisconsin Graduation summit is part of the national dropout prevention campaign began by America’s Promise Alliance, the educational foundation started by Colin Powell and his wife Alma.
