Introduction
A seven course dinner is a conventional dinner with 7 food courses, generally interrupted by palate formulations. There are great deal of versions to a 7 course meal: appetizer, soup, salad, sorbet, meat, fish, and dessert or appetizer, soup, salad, pasta, meat, dessert, and coffee. It may take 4-6 hours to wholly finish a seven course dinner, and even longer for formal dinners with more courses, such as a twenty-one course dinner. During the course of the dinner, diners are bade small plates of a wide mixture of dishes which complement each other gastronomically. It is distinctive for those sat down at a seven course dinner to be served by household or restaurant staff.
