Khmer
Khmer or Cambodian, is the language of the Khmer people, Khmer is also official language of Cambodia. Khmer is the second most wide spoken Austroasiatic language. Khmer disagree from connected languages such as Thai, Lao and Vietnamese in that it is not a tonal language. Khmer has been considerably observed by Sanskrit and Pali, particularly in the royal and religious registers, by the vehicles of Hinduism and Buddhism. Khmer has its proprietor, an abugida Famous in Khmer as Aksar Khmer.
Main Dialects, all reciprocally intelligible, are:
Battambang, spoken in northern Cambodia.
Cardamom Khmer, an archaic form spoken by a small population in the Cardamom
Khmer Krom or Southern Khmer, spoken by the native Khmer population of the Mekong Delta.
Mountains of western Cambodia
Phnom Penh, the capital dialect and is too spoken in surrounding provinces.
Northern Khmer, also Famous Khmer Surin, spoken by ethnic Khmer native to Northeast Thailand
