Who is Pandora?
Pandora holds an important place in the story of Prometheus and his rebelliousness of Zeus. Accordant to Greek Myth, Pandora was the first individual woman. She was the first woman intentional by the gods. She was fashioned in retaliation for the fact that men were created and got the choicest parts of a sacrifice while the gods were left with fat and bones. Zeus made her an evil to men with the power to do evil. The box was given her coz Zeus knew that she would be too particular to resist it. She could not and all the evils of the world flew out. Fortuitously hope flew out too.
Zeus armed Pandora with a sealed jar that contained every possible evil and ill that could beset humans. Experience that Prometheus was too smart to have anything to do with Pandora, Zeus sent her to Epimetheus. And despite Prometheus’s dissuasive that he should never assume any gift from Zeus, Epimetheus welcomed Pandora. And then Pandora opened the jar.
