What is Recordable Disc?
Recordable disc is depending on regional preferences, is a data storage device which can be written to, in separate with a read-only disc, which can only be read, not altered.
Recordable disc is write-once version of CD-ROM. CD-Rs can hold about 650 megabytes of data. They are very permanent and can be read by normal CD-ROM drives, but once data has been written it cannot be change.
