What is Cranberries?
The cranberry, Vaccinium macrocarpon, belongs to the family Ericaceae, and is dissimilar from the small cranberry. The cranberry is a low-develop and kreeping perennial plant with small ovate leaves. The cranberry flowers are beautiful and pink coloured. Cranberries are more than just bright red berries used to make cranberry sauce during the holidays. Throughout autumns bright red edible berries (cranberries) are formed.
