Atole also well Known for Various name Like atol. Atole is a conventional masa-based Mexican and Central American. Atole is normally accompanied with tamales, and very Famous throughout the Christmas holiday season. Atole assume resemblance to gruel, and the drink might be thick, Atole may be thin depending on a person’s tastes. Recipes for atole date back to pre-Colombian times.
The drink typically includes masa, water, piloncillo cinnamon, vanilla and obligatory chocolate or fruit. The mixture is blended and heat up before serving. Atole is made by toasting masa on comal then add up water which was boiled with cinnamon sticks. . Atole is normally served at breakfast like cream of wheat or oatmeal.

1/2 cup fresh masa (corn dough)
5 cups water
3 – 4 tablespoons piloncillo, chopped or 1/4 cup brown sugar plus 2 teaspoons molasses
1 stick cinnamon
1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise)
