The SAT test was first brought in 1901, and SAT name and scoring have varied various times. SAT was officially developed, published, and scored by the Educational Testing Service which still administers the exam. Scholastic Aptitude Test is a common test of verbal and quantifiable reasoning consented for U. S. college admissions. A new writing division, with an essay, based on the former SAT II Writing Subject Test, was added, in part to gain the chances of closing the first step gap among the highest and midrange scores.

The SAT test is applied to evaluate a candidate’s critical thinking and problem solving abilities which would help to evaluate their overall ability and possible to undertake the bachelor level study program. SAT is trained and scored through the Educational Testing Service. SAT is an about 4 hour long test. SAT subject test can be divided into 5 general fields – English, History and Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, and Languages. The test was made slightly harder, as a disciplinal to the rising number of perfect scores.
